This position is perfect for the licensed agent that wishes to specialize in working with buyers. However, you must be confident, professional and open to coaching to adjust your mindset and habits away from time wasting activities and more towards dollar-productive activities.
Although buyer's leads are generated daily by the team and provided to our team members, you'll be taught easy to follow lead generation systems to add to your team-given leads. We do not encourage nor cold-calling to strangers.

Projected Income:
Income will be in direct proportion with your desire and motivation. As a newly licensed agent you average a net income of about $45,000 the first year. In the second year, you should net about $60,000. These are averages only and not a guaranteed income. At The Kessler Team YOU control the income you want to make.
