MLS Service - Your property is placed in the Humboldt Multiple Listing Service (MLS). This exposes your property to all real estate agents in Humboldt County.
Yard Sign - We install a yard sign on your property in addition to any directional signs that may be needed. We also install a brochure box stocked with flyers containing information about your home as well as additional resources that prospective buyers can utilize.
Direct Mail - We send over 2,000 pieces of mail every month to our marketplace. This includes our Just Listed postcards, Just Sold postcards, letters and property brochures.
Virtual Tours - Our virtual tours have unlimited virtual and still scenes and are linked to all of our websites as well as the MLS.
Great Internet exposure - Your property will be listed on the Internet at many public sites including Realtor.com, Trulia.com, Craigslist.com, and our own websites. This enables prospective buyers, via computer, to access descriptive information including property details, interior photos and virtual tours before contacting a Realtor.
Interactive Voice Response Marketing - Our interactive voice response marketing system is on 24 hours a day. Buyers can receive information about your home any time by calling an 800 number and requesting a voice mail description about your property.
Support Staff - We have a well-trained support staff, helping with all of the details including our own Buyer's Agents and Communication Manager
Dependable Follow-up - We follow-up an all showings by other real estate agents using www.homefeedback.com. You get to see the showing feedback at the same time we do.
